Who do Blue Stamp Travel work with?

We work with European agents, European schools and UK Schools directly. Regrettably, we do not work with individuals currently.

How long can I stay?

Each trip is tailor made so you can travel on any day you like and return on any day you like – some groups consider the cheaper days on which to travel and may go midweek to midweek. If staying with host families it would be expected that you arrive during sociable hours (08:00 – 20:00) ideally.

What activities can you provide?

We can arrange work experience placements in a number of business categories. Alternatively, we can arrange school visits for your students to shadow a UK students at school. We also arrange excursions and social activities around the city or further afield in the UK. We are happy to arrange a package to suit your students’ needs, interests and schedule.

What accommodation is available?

We offer host family accommodation, hotel or university student accommodation depending on what your group requires and the budget. 

How do you ensure that hosts are appropriately vetted?

Each host and all adults in the household, have a DBS (police clearance) and are visited to ensure that the room and accommodation in general are welcoming and appropriate. You will find a lot of information about our Host Families in our Guide to Host Families.

How would we travel?

Nottingham is only a short distance from East Midlands airport. Alternatively, coach transfers or train can be arranged from London or other regional airports. We are happy to arrange UK transport on your behalf or you can arrange your own transport. 

What food is provided?

We have various hosts. Most are happy to provide flexible catering which could include, breakfast only, half board or full board. Self-catering is available with some hosts or you may opt for no food provided and make use of local cafes and restaurants. We are able to cater for special diets such as Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free on request. 

What will it cost?

Since these are bespoke packages, our prices vary to suit your budget, length of stay and programme.

We are happy to make suggestions or you may have your own ideas – we can work with you as much or as little as you like to create an experience for your students that they will enjoy and remember!
