Germany | Frankfurt | A Level German Revision

A Level German Revision

These courses are available throughout the year starting every Monday. Students can travel for a week, two weeks or longer. We are able to tailor packages to suit your requirements and the time you have available.

Location

Frankfurt, Germany’s fifth largest city, is a cosmopolitan city on the Main River with a unique “Mainhattan” skyline. It is known for its significant impact on the political, cultural and business sectors. The language school is located in the beloved district of Bahnhofsviertel only a few minutes away from the Frankfurt Mail Hauptbahnhof. It is well connected and in less than 10 minutes you can reach the famous shopping area Zeil on Germany’s largest shopping street.

The school is bright and spacious with generously sized classrooms. It has an Internet Cafe, vending machines and Study Centre with up to date learning materials.

Language Course

The course concentrates on learning and actively using the language – this way the tuition is very much practice oriented. During the morning you will participate in group sessions with other students of a similar German level to you, with lessons focussing on improving all aspects of the German language. You will then have an additional 5 individual classes throughout the week, the content of which will be decided by you in advance, as you will be asked what you would like to cover with your tutor during these sessions, be it grammar, a specific thematic topic, conversation or exam practice, etc. Dependant on your level, during busy periods, you will either have classes in the mornings or the afternoons.

This course is ideal for A Level students as it develops confidence, fluency and vocabulary. It is intended to support students in preparation for exams but also gernerally improve their German skills.

Optional Social and Cultural Programme

The school offers a range of social and cultural activities including: guided walking tour, visiting the city's main attractions, attending local festivals and weekend excursions to nearby towns and places of cultural interest.
